Leathers and fabrics which have been cutted with high precision comes to sewing section, which includes 16 machines. These parts have cut by expert operators and sewn in this section.
Upon the customer request, roofing and printing operation of product have made according to the structure of the model.
If desired, sewing threads which are produced by GUTHERMAN and similar firms/companies, with international quality control could be done in accordance with requested roof and printing dimensions.
Machines in this section have high quality sewing feature and machines could sew 4mm+4mm leathers flawlessly/faultless.
Sewing section mostly consists DURKOPP ALDLER 867 full automatic sew machines. Also HM 820-DURKOPP ALDLER 291 special sew machine exists. Double needle sew could be done.
According to structure of model, leather or fabric sew could be done as a velcro cover, and become ready for presentation.
