Molding of the product are made according to required structure and need of the model. Required thickness of printing could be obtained by combining lamels with high frequency heating technique.Lamellas which is taken from sustainable forests are prepared for printing with non-carcinogenic adhesives.

 

Natural and artificial veneers of the product could be made in this section.If the model will used in polyurethane mold, it will fit in this mold flawlessly.

 

After the printing process, the product is subjected to precision cut at 7 axis robots. If it is necessary, sockets are assembled for connection or it is delivered polish operation area.

 

After the end of whole process, formed waste of the product transfered to the other factories for panel production.
